The College of Coastal Georgia cross country teams competed Saturday at the Berry Invitational in Rome. All of the Mariners runners posted their best times of the season in the meet. The men ran on a five-mile course while the women competed on a three-mile track.

For the Coastal Georgia men, Davis Trexler finished 71st overall in a time of 27 minutes, 17 seconds. James Schubert ran in 31:47 and finished 261. For the Coastal Georgia women, Holly Czeiszperger ran in 25:02 and finished 276 on the shorter course, Chynna Seymour ran in 25:11 and finished 310 and Cameron Cole finished in 39:27.
